If the church is not being transformed by the sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit, if we are not participating with Him through the disciplines God ordained, then we cannot be the people He wants for us to be or fulfill His purpose for us in this world. True biblical fruit is not cultivated by our busyness, but by abiding in His presence through the means of grace He gave us!
